Authorized program use

Brand Referral Portal is a private referral-administration system for invited program users. Access to the portal does not authorize a user to copy, disclose, or refer information from another company’s systems unless the user has separate permission to do so.

Permitted users

Only invited users may access the portal. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Users must immediately report suspected unauthorized access and must stop using the portal when their program authorization ends.

Permitted referrals

Users may submit only accurate business-contact information that they are authorized to provide for the referral. Users may not upload unrelated leads, sensitive personal information, private financial documents, passwords, payment data, or confidential marketplace records.

Access boundaries

Referral partners may view their own permitted referrals. Referral partner managers may view permitted team information. Program administrators receive only the capabilities assigned to their role. Attempts to bypass role boundaries, scrape data, or use another person’s account are prohibited.

Data handling

Users may not export, copy, or use referral information for an unrelated purpose. Authorized downloads must be protected, shared only with approved recipients, and deleted when no longer required. Privacy questions, suspected breaches, incorrect records, and attribution disputes must be escalated promptly through the approved program channel.

Retention and cleanup

Referral records may be archived when they are no longer active. Archived records are excluded from active dashboards and exports. Permanent deletion is restricted to the Super Administrator and should be used only for approved cleanup, duplicate records, test data, or records that no longer need to be retained.

Suspension

Access may be suspended or removed when authorization ends, a user changes roles, security is at risk, or program requirements are violated.
